I had been on a home search in Kirkwood and Webster Groves for several months before the home that Manlin built went on the market, finding nothing that I just fell in love with. The day our home was placed on the market we came and knew instantly that this was the home for us. It was built well and had everything we wanted. However, we had worked with new home construction in the past and it had not been a pleasant experience. Manlin has changed our opinion of working with builders. As time passes, and we see other neighborhoods being constructed, the happier we are with our decision to build in Bordeaux Estates by the Manlin Group.  We think we made an excellent financial decision.  In reality, we have a custom built house for what others are paying for tract housing.  Working with Linda and Michelle, we were able to build our dream house.  Very seldom, if ever, did they say we couldn't do this or that.  Now we have a home that people say belongs in a magazine.

We had our house built with MRM Manlin in 2014. They made the entire home building process easy for us! We got in before construction began on our home, and we were able to redesign the layout and make all the choices based on what we wanted in our home, and they were extremely accommodating. Once we moved in, they also were very thorough with doing any fixes on things that may have gotten overlooked. Every single one of their contractors is outstanding. We have used some of them personally to do some additional updates since we moved in (painter, landscaper, etc.) If we were going to build again, the first call I would make is to Michele at MRM Manlin! We would recommend Mike, Michele, Linda and the whole team to all those who are looking to build a home!
